Satisfied with my starter kit

I was looking to get into vaping and decided on the SMOK Nord 4 Starter Kit from VapeClutch. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the kit quickly. They had a good selection of colors too. I also picked up some freebase vape juice. My order shipped out within 24 hours, and I got a tracking number right away. It arrived four days later, which was pretty standard. Everything was discreetly packaged, which I appreciated. The kit itself works great, no issues there. I had a quick question about charging when it first arrived, so I used their contact form. Got a reply within a few hours that cleared things up. Overall, a solid experience for a first-time purchase.

Great hardware, minor hiccup

I purchased a VooPoo Drag X Pro and a couple of replacement coils. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was straightforward, even with the age verification step. My package arrived about 5 days after I ordered it, which was decent. Everything was securely packed, and the mod itself is authentic and works perfectly. I did have a small issue where one of the coils seemed a bit off, but it wasn't a major problem since I had ordered extras. Customer service was responsive when I asked about their return policy, even though I ended up not needing to return anything. Overall, a solid experience and I'd order again.

Good selection, slow shipping

I ordered a new pod system, the SMOK Nord 4, and some nicotine salts. The product range was good, and the prices were competitive. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, about 7 business days, which felt a little slow compared to other sites. Everything arrived well-packaged and in good condition though, so that was a plus.

Got my vape juice fast

Needed some more vape juice, grabbed a couple bottles of that Coastal Clouds. It shipped out pretty quick and got here in like 4 days, which was awesome. No issues with the order, just what I needed.

Great value on disposables

I was stocking up on some Delta 8 disposables. Found a good deal here, especially with the bulk buy option. Saved me a decent amount compared to other sites I checked. Shipping was free because my order was over $50, which is always a plus. Happy with the purchase, good value for the money.

Good e-liquid, shipping could improve

I bought a couple of bottles of nicotine salts and a pack of replacement pods for my Novo X. The order process was smooth enough, and the prices were competitive. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, about 6 days, but everything arrived safely and was well-packaged. The pods and e-liquid are exactly what I wanted. I just wish the delivery was a bit quicker.
